Operations Finance

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS in Accounting or Finance 6-8 years of experience in a broad range of financial roles; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Project management and influencing skills; Strong PC skills to include (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Access); Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and promote teamwork, accountability, speed; detail oriented; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; effective project management skills is required to succeed in this position

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Operational Finance leadership around Commercial Distribution Finance's (CDF) global operations: nearly 1,900+ employees in ~20 locations; Drive key operational cost, process and performance measures to drive broad business execution; Partner with key business leaders (e.g. Ops, IT, Risk and business unit leaders) to drive optimal productivity plans and cost out strategies; Work closely with Pricing and FP&A on ABC costing strategies and analysis; Develop financial reporting tools; implement regular operating rhythm with functional and business leaders; Provide Ad Hoc analysis as assigned by CDF senior leadership
