QUALIFICATIONS:BS in Accounting or Finance; 6-8 years of experience in a broad range of financial roles; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Aptitude for statistical modeling; Strong PC skills to include (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Access); Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and promote teamwork, accountability, speed; Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; Effective project management skills; BB/GB/solid Six Sigma experience
Team with Commercial Distribution Finance (CDF) Commercial organization to drive growth; Support Strategic Marketing in the development of new products, programs and markets; Provide transaction structuring and pricing support - work with field sales and risk to ensure accurate use of pricing models; Responsible for development, deployment and usage of CDF pricing models; Evaluate current pricing models and update to ensure accuracy of financial modeling; partner with Quality and business leaders on optimizing price/return/asset growth; Lead efforts to identify and execute quality projects around pricing, profitability and growth; Develop robust pricing and ROE database and reporting capabilities to drive customer segmentation and enhanced profitability / growth
