* Experience understanding customer needs and developing solutions

Qualifications
* MS in Computer Science or related field with
security training
* Ability to effectively influence in cross-functional/multi-business
environment
* Strong programming skills (C/C++), scripting skills (python, perl, shell)
* 3+ years of experience leading system architecture
development
* Minimum 2 years experience in security related engineering
* Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
* Broad knowledge of OS implementation details and security vulnerabilities.
* Knowledge of the details of common security protocols (e.g. SSL, SSH,
Kerberos)
* Authentication and Authorization Technology (LDAP, etc.)
* Network Technologies (Cisco, VPN, Encryption, WAN/LAN, etc.)
* Proven ability to lead and motivate teams* Excellent written and verbal
communication skills
Desired
* PhD in Computer Science or related field
* Vulnerability Testing (Foundstone, Nessus, etc)
* Additional S/W development (JAVA, etc.)
* HIPAA/Global privacy regulations and their implications to Healthcare
Technology
* Familiar with FDA GMP Regulations
