HR Manager/Organizational Staffing Leader

Job Description

The O&S leader will play a critical, strategic, and highly involved role as a member of the Global HR Leadership Team. The role is global & multi-dimensional. At a high level, it is responsible for aligning worldwide staffing strategies with its business strategy & ensuring that all functional initiatives are consistent & properly coordinated. In addition, however, the O&S Leader will engage in critical tactical initiatives in support of organization & staffing challenges. Some of the more critical priorities for this position include:

A)Champion & lead the planning, development, communication & implementation of the company’s global talent acquisition process, ensuring a continuous pipeline of talent through a viable & pro-active recruiting process.

B)Lead the organization in development & implementation of systems & processes required to ensure a ‘best in class’ on-boarding process. ·Demonstrate the company’s continuing commitment to diversity in its broadest

Candidate Specification Criteria

Strong Functional Human Resources Capabilities: Candidates will have 3-5 Years of Human Resource generalist experience and will have demonstrated an ability to deliver HR results that add value in the context of supporting business priorities and achieving business goals. · Relationship Development and Influencing Skills: Candidates will have strong listening and communication skills. The successful candidate will be adept at working across multiple constituencies, building support and effecting results without direct authority.
