Electrical Engineer - 3 Positions


Researches, develops, designs, and tests electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks.  Designs electrical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes. Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.  Develops technical solutions to complex problems that require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.  Work is performed without appreciable direction.  Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.  Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective.  Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role.  Erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in failure to achieve major organizational objectives.  Represents the organization as the prime technical contact on contracts and projects.  Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations.  6 Years with a B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics  

Preferred Skills:  

BSEE and a minimum of eight (8) years directly related work experience. Experience with military or commercial avionics and communications systems integration required. Prior maintenance or technical background with MH-47G, CH-47F, or other configurations of the H-47 is required. Experience with aircraft maintenance trainers or aircraft training devices strongly desired. Must have experience developing complex technical data packages using CAD (AutoCAD R14 or higher preferred). Must be a strong communicator, both oral and written. Must be able to manage difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
