Financial Consultant

The Business Analysis Department’s mission is to support Corporate Purpose by improving financial results for both Operators and Corporate. Our contributions include the following:

  • In-store application of restaurant financial systems including Cash, Inventory, Labor, and Sales Management
  • Overall analytical direction and support on a variety of relevant, dynamic issues such as Menu Management and Target Staffing
  • Identification, analysis, and interpretation of trends in the performance

The Focus of the Financial Consultant is to:

  • Be directly involved at the restaurant level as a Financial Consultant
  • Provide direct support at the service team level to our field consulting staff
  • Provide an analytical perspective on business issues confronting the company
  • Maximize our effectiveness through the use of professional consulting skills as well as the latest in technology tools
  • Focus on continuous improvement of personal skills as well as business systems

Desirable Qualifications and Characteristics

Technical Skills

  • Four year Accounting or Finance degree
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • High grade-point average
  • High SAT scores
  • Strong analytical skills

Professional Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate one-on-one and in front of groups
  • Ability to work well with other Financial Consultants, Business Consultants and Restaurant Owners/Operators
  • Excellent at time management
  • Composure under pressure
  • Enjoy working independently
  • Willing and able to learn new things quickly
  • Willing to travel 8-10 days per month
